Burch, 48, of Plattsburgh, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:30 p.m. Saturday on Mountain Avenue on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Burch was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill · DWI: Scott T. Balfe, 59, of Earlton, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 12:59 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Balfe was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

· Drugs: Rebeka P. Martinez, 26, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:25 a.m. Saturday on Quick Road on a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of a controlled substance in non-original container. Martinez was released with a ticket for Shawangunk Town Court.
Town of Kingston · DWI: Burton R. Argotsinger, 38, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Ulster on state Route 28 at 10:10 p.m. Saturday on
misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Argotsinger was released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.

· DWI: David Strumpf, 62, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:49 a.m. Sunday on state Route 199 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and drunken driving alcohol or drugs. Strumpf was also issued a speeding ticket. Strumpf was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
· DWI: Christopher Rigothi, 40, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Thruway state police at 6:18 a.m. Saturday on the New York state Thruway at milepost 96.1 south on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was also issued traffic tickets for speeding, a license violation no license and drinking alcohol in motor vehicle on a highway. Rigothi was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court. Wawarsing · Drugs: Oscar A. Correa, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:04 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal mischief preventing an emergency call. Correa was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
