Senators Baseball Camp: For ages 7-129a.m.-4p.m. Aug. 2125at SUNY Ulster. Led by Ulster head coach Justin Maxwell. Typical day will include station work, games, competitio­ns, lunch and a basketball documentar­y. Athletes will play for daily prizes. Awards are handed out for each age group at the end of the week. YMCA offers a 1-week session 9a.m.-4p.m. Aug. 14-18at Camp Seewackama­no in Shokan. Campers develop mountain bike skills through trail rides and games and spend four days offsite at trail locations (which may include Lippman Park, Ferncliff Forest, Elm Ridge, Lake Minnewaska State Park and others). Basic safety and maintenanc­e as well as environmen­tal responsibi­lities that come with outdoor recreation are covered. A geared bike in good working order with offroad tires measuring at least 2inches in width, plus helmet are required.
