Casa Villa rallies to grab Lower D Division victory
Casa Villa rallied from a 12-7 deficit to walk off with a 13-12 win over Puro Clean in a Kingston Recreation men’s Lower D Division game. Casa Villa scored six in the bottom of the sixth to pull out the victory
Casa Villa rallied from a 12-7 deficit in the bottom of the seventh inning to walk off with a 13-12 win over Puro Clean in a Kingston Recreation men’s Lower D Division game.
Puro Clean jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first inning. Casa Villa got within 8-7, but Puro Clean added a run in the sixth and three in the top of the seventh to open a 12-7 margin. Casa Villa scored six in the bottom half to pull out the victory.
Brandon Hamilton belted a triple and had a RBI and Matt Gibbons doubled and had two RBI to lead Casa Villa. Barry Davis smacked a double and two singles and had a RBI and Joey Eappard hit three singles and knocked in a run to pace Puro Clean.
