City of Kingston
· Drugs: Tara J. Warncke, 46, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:50 p.m. Saturday on Broadway on two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was also issued a traffic ticket for an illegal signal while parked. Warncke was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
· DWI: Alberto Gutierrez, 33, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:38 a.m. Sunday on Fair Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and drunken driving alcohol or drugs. He was also issued traffic tickets for motor vehicle license violation no license and failure to stop at stop sign. Gutierrez was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
· Drugs/DWI: Philip M. Eberlein, 46, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:53 a.m. Sunday on Washington Avenue on misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. He was also issued a speeding ticket. Eberlein was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
· DWI: Allen Dinga, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by
state police at Ulster at 2:23 a.m. Sunday on North Front Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Dinga was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
· DWI: Justin P. Cooke, 25, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:03 a.m. Sunday on state Route 145 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Cooke was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
· DWI: Anthony Cardinale, 54, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:09 a.m. Sunday on a misdemeanor drunken driving charge. Cardinale was held pending arraignment.
· Obstruction of breathing: Eban C. Brown, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:41 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of criminal obstruction of breathing and assault. Further information was unavailable.
· DWI: Patrick M. Brady, 64, of New York City, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 6:48 p.m. Saturday on county Route 23B on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding
.08 percent. Brady was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
· Family Offense: Nicholas G. Ferro, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:40 p.m. Saturday on a felony aggravated family offense charge and the misdemeanor of criminal mischief intent to damage property. Further information was unavailable.
Coxsackie
· DWI: Teresa K. Reed, 56, of Bradford, Pennsylvania, was arrested by state police at Highland on Plank Road at 10:50 a.m. Saturday on a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of controlled substances in a non-original container. Reed was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
· DWI: Nakia L. Morse, 42, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:52 p.m. Saturday on Plank Road on the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of a controlled substance in non-original container. Morse was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
· Assault: Ian C. Haberman, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:38 p.m. Saturday at 2153 state Route 81 on a felony assault charge. Further information was unavailable. Lloyd
· DWI: Kanosha Baves, 24, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:37 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 on a misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance charge. Baves was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Saugerties
· DWI: Anthony J. Oquendo, 29, of Saugerties, was arrested by the Ulster County Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team on Tuesday on felony charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance following an investigation into diverted pharmaceutical sales in the village of Saugerties. Authorities said they found Quendo to be in possession of a additional diverted pharmaceuticals during his arrest. Oquendo was arraigned in Saugerties Village Court and was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bail.
· DWI: Luke J. Robinson, 23, of Saugerties, was arrested by the Ulster County Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics team on Wednesday on felony charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance following an investigation into heroin sales in the village of Saugerties. Robinson was arraigned in Ulster County Court and was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
