The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

City of Kingston

· Obstruction of breathing: Jonathan Lancaster, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Avenue and charged with the misdemeanors of obstruction of breathing, stalking and aggravated harassment, and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Lancaster was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Coxsackie

· DWI: Dominique K. Williams, 26, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on U.S. Route 9W at 12:33 a.m. Thursday and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Williams was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

· DWI: Troy A. Glaski, 29, of Clifton Park, was arrested by state police at Albany at 2:23 a.m. Thursday on the New York State Thruway in the town and charged with felonies of drunken driving and drunken driving (alcohol or drugs), and with speeding, an infraction. Glaski was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Greenville

· Burglary: Nicholas T. Cross, 32, and Samantha R. Gwaltney, 29, both of Hudson, were arrested by state police at Greenville at 3:29 a.m. Thursday and were both charged with the felony of burglary. Their status was unavailable.
