The following items are based on informatio­n provided by officials in law enforcemen­t and the criminal justice system. Town of Ulster

· Drugs: Jeanine V. Barker, 61, of Kingston was arrested Monday evening on two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, as well as several traffic violations, Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said. Deputies said they stopped the vehicle Barker was driving at about 9:50 p.m. on Colonel Chandler Driver. During the stop, several bags of crack cocaine were recovered from inside the vehicle, deputies said. Barker was arraigned in Ulster Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Catskill

· Indecent material: Jason L. DePace, 33, of Catskill was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Monday on state Route 32 by state police at Catskill on a felony charge of disseminat­ing indecent material to a minor and a misdemeano­r charge of endangerin­g the welfare of a child. He was released on tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

· Forged instrument:

Ashton E. Adams, 25, of Catskill was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Monday on state Route 32 by state police at Catskill on a felony charge of possession of a forged instrument. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e. Lloyd

· DWI: Damon T. Mills, 53, of Highland was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 9W by state police at Highland on a misdemeano­r charge of drunken driving. He was released on a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

· Lewdness: Mamoudou M. Sow, 29, of Poughkeeps­ie was arrested Monday on a misdemeano­r charge of public lewdness. Lloyd police said Sow was accused of exposing himself to two women who were walking on Haviland Road in the hamlet of Highland. He was released on a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

· Larceny: Kyle Sumahit, 21, of Highland and a 16-yearold from Highland were arrested Aug. 16 on the misdemeano­r charges of petit larceny, possession of stolen property and conspiracy. A second 16-year-old from Highland was also charged with the misdemeano­rs of petit larceny and conspiracy. Lloyd police said the three were charged with stealing a motorized Go Kart worth $400 from a residence on Vineyard Avenue in Highland. Sumahit and one of the teens were arraigned in Lloyd Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail, while the other teen was released on tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court. Red Hook

· DWI: Rachel L. Vale, 24, of Germantown was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 9 by Red Hook police on a misdemeano­r charge of drunken driving. She was released on a ticket to appear in Red Hook Town Court.

· DWI: Eleanor A. Davis, 56, of Red Hook was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Sunday on state Route 9G by Red Hook police on two misdemeano­r counts of drunken driving. She was released on tickets to appear in Red Hook Town Court. Rhinebeck

· Obstructio­n: Rachel L. Oster, 38, of Rhinebeck was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Monday by state police at Rhinebeck on misdemeano­r charges of criminal obstructio­n of breathing and assault. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e. Wawarsing

· Mischief: A 13-year-old Kerhonkson male was arrested at 6 p.m. Monday by state police at Wawarsing on a felony charge of criminal mischief. He was released on a ticket to appear in Ulster County Family Court.

· Contraband: Jonathan Torres, 25, of the Bronx was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Ulster Correction­al Facility by state police at Wawarsing on a felony charge of possession of prison contraband. He was held pending arraignmen­t.

· Contempt: Jason R. O’Donnell, 33, of Kerhonkson was arrested Monday on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal contempt. Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said O’Donnell reportedly violated an order of protection by contacting the protected person using social media. He was arraigned in Ellenville Village Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
