TOWN OF ULSTER » Gloria Kremper, 86, of Maple Lane, Town of Ulster, died Friday, Sept. 1, 2017, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeeps­ie, N.Y.

Born April 10, 1931, in Kingston, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late William and Helen (Rorrick) Flanigan.

Gloria was a homemaker and an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was always eager to volunteer at the church rummage sales. She enjoyed a game of Bingo with her neighbors at The Birches at Chambers.

She is survived by her children, Nancy Suskie and her husband Marshall, Carol LeMaster, Alan Kremper and his wife Stacie, and Paul Kremper. She was a doting grandmothe­r of Andria Pleva and her husband David, Matthew Suskie, Brandi Ware and her husband Charles, Erica Summervill­e, Asher Kremper, and Hannah Kremper. Siblings, Colleen Joy, William Flanigan, and BettyAnn VanBuren, and many greatgrand­children, nieces and nephews, also survive.

She was predecease­d by her husband, Robert Kremper, in 2012,

Funeral arrangemen­ts are under the guidance of Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home Inc., 27 Smith Ave., Kingston (www.jvleahyfh.com).

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. A funeral procession will form 9 a.m. at the funeral home on Friday. A Service for the Burial of the Dead will take place on Friday at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Wiltwyck Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the form of contributi­ons to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 22 Livingston St., Kingston, N.Y. 12401.
