The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Catskill
· Shoplifting: Kristine L. Lemus, 46, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:10 a.m. Monday at Price Chopper Plaza on U.S. Route 9W and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and by Catskill police at 2:12 p.m. Saturday at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Lemus was released by state police with a ticket for Catskill Village Court and by Catskill police with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
· DWI: Patrick J. Corr, 80, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 9:40 p.m. Monday on state Route 67 and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Corr was released with a ticket for Durham Town Court.
Rosendale
· Obstruction of breathing/endangering: Adam R. Hicks, 50, of Tillson, was arrested by Rosendale police and charged with the misdemeanors of obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. Hicks was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
· DWI: Grayson Taylor, 35, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Rosendale police on Sunday and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with the infraction of failing to dim headlights. Taylor was released with a ticket for Rosendale Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· DWI: Edward J. Adrion, 55, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:34 a.m. Tuesday and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Adrion was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Lloyd
· DWI: Sebastian Tafoya, 27, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday on U.S. Route 44/ state Route 55 and charged with the misdemeanor of drunken driving and with the violation of possession of marijuana, along with numerous traffic violations. Tafoya was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
· Weapon/menacing:
Thomas W. Spaulding, 25, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Friday and charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a weapon and menacing. He is accused of threatening another person with a knife. Spaulding was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
