Catskill

· Drugs: Brandyn R. Jangrow, 23, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:03 p.m. Sunday at 4588 state Route 32 in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of trespassin­g and possession of a controlled substance. Jangrow was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Drugs: Nicole J. Vitolo, 31, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:55 a.m. Monday at 203 Jefferson Heights in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle. Vitolo was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Drugs: Gina Dimartino, 52, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 3:49 p.m. Friday at 113 Summit Ave. and charged with the felonies of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell and sale of a narcotic drug. Dimartino was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

· Grand larceny: Jose A. Tavarez, 26, of Catskill was arrested by Catskill police at 3 a.m. Sept. 18 at 422 Main St. and charged with the felony of grand larceny. Tavarez was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Grand larceny: John E. Coutieri, 25, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 3:11 a.m. Sept. 18 at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with the felony of grand larceny. Coutieri was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Ian J. Shaham, 24, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 10:11 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. Shaham was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court. · Shopliftin­g: Katie Rodriquez, 21, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 10:40 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. Rodriquez was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court. · Shopliftin­g: Valerin S. Veras, 18, of New York City, was arrested by Catskill police at 4:15 p.m. Sunday at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with petit larceny (two counts), a misdemeano­r. Veras was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

Esopus

· Drugs: Gregory Moultrie, 65, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday on Catherine’s Lane after being stopped for a traffic violation and was charged with them misdemeano­r of possession of a controlled substance. Moultrie, who failed to dim his headlights for an oncoming vehicle, was in possession of Suboxone without a prescripti­on, police said. He was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.

Greenport

· Drugs: Steven Hicks, 35, of Catskill, was arrested by Columbia County Sheriff’s deputies at 12:42 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 9G and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle, and with the violation of controlled substance in nonorigina­l container. Hicks is accused of possessing a quantity of Suboxone without a prescripti­on and was in possession of a hypodermic syringe, police said. He was released with a ticket for Greenport Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: James Brown, 51, of Catskill, was arrested by Columbia County Sheriff’s deputies at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Walmart store in Greenport and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. Brown was released with a ticket for Greenport Town Court.

Livingston

· Drugs: Anthony Cesterino, 40, of Claverack, was arrested by Columbia County Sheriff’s deputies at 8:08 a.m. Friday on U.S. Route 9 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance, driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, aggravated unlicensed driving and driving with a suspended registrati­on. He was also charged with driving without a license and driving an unregister­ed vehicle, both infraction­s. Cesterino was sent to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.

Lloyd

· Drugs/DWAI-drugs: Farrah J. Arizmendi, 41, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police Thursday on U.S. Route 9W in Highland and charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance and the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed driving. The vehicle she was driving was stopped for traffic violations. Arizmendi was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court after posting $1,000 bail.

· Grand larceny: Vanetta E. Wingster, 25, of Danbury, Conn., was arrested by Lloyd police on an arrest warrant Friday and charged with the felonies of grand larceny and forgery. She was arraigned in Plattekill Town Court and released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWI: Liam D. Healy, 20, of Orangetown, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday and charged with the misdemeano­r of drunken driving and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Healy was arrested after the vehicle he was driving was stopped on Chapel Hill Road in Highland for traffic violations. He was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Douglas M. Galderisi, 44, of Kingston, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sept. 19 and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. Galderisi is accused of shopliftin­g $130 worth of merchandis­e from the Han-

naford store in Highland. He was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

· DWI: Peter Noel, 34, of Walden, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 4:11 a.m. Sunday on state Route 208 in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a bloodalcoh­ol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with vehicle and traffic violations. Noel was released with a ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

· DWI: David Diaz, 24, of Highland Falls, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies with assistance from New Paltz police at about 4:17 a.m. Saturday on state Route 299 in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, and with vehicle and traffic violations. Diaz was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.

· DWI: Christophe­r Sanchez, 28, of Monroe, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies with assistance from New Paltz police at about 3:42 a.m. Friday and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with vehicle and traffic violations. Sanchez was released with a ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

Rosendale

· Drugs: Quanelle R. Keith, 27, of New Paltz, was arrested by Rosendale police at about 12:32 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 for driving without headlights. Police found him to be intoxicate­d and confiscate­d 20.7 grams of marijuana and a small quantity of liquid concentrat­ed cannabis oil in Keith’s possession. He was charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and possession of a controlled substance, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Keith was released with a ticket for Rosendale Town Court.

Shawangunk · DWI:

Andrew P. Oakes, 32, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:21 a.m. Monday at 14 Blosson Lane and charged with the misdemeano­rs of aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving and with the infraction of stop/stand/ park violation on a highway. Oakes was released with a ticket for Shawangunk Town Court.

Town of Ulster

· DWAI-drugs and alcohol: Kaylyn M. Dealy, 28, of Troy, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:29 a.m. Sunday on Sawkill Road and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while ability impaired by a combinatio­n of drugs and alcohol and possession of a controlled substance, and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Dealy was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.

· DWI: Ronald G. Scheffel, 43, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 8:29 p.m. Sunday in Rider Park and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with the traffic infraction of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. Scheffel was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
