Andrew D. “Drew” Hacker, of Bensalem, Pa., passed away suddenly Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at Aria-Jefferson Health Torresdale. He was 38 years old.

Drew was born in Traverse City, Mich., had been a resident of Bensalem for the last seven years, and was formerly of Milwaukee, Wis., and St. Petersburg, Fla. He was an avid hunter, surfer, gardener, and sports fan, and especially enjoyed watching the Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Lions and Tigers, and Philadelph­ia Eagles. Drew’s greatest love was spending time with his family. He was a regional manager for Carrabba’s Italian Grill for 18 years.

Drew is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Stacey L. (Hrdlicka). He will be sadly missed by his three loving children, Marlena, William, and Alec Hacker. Drew is also survived by his parents, Angie Vander Syde (Michael) and David Hacker; grandmothe­r, Emma Muller; sisters, Jennifer Jones (Dee) and Nicole Stock (fiancé, Joel); and several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. Andrew was also the son-inlaw of Albert and Maryanne Hrdlicka of Saugerties, and brother-in-law of Albert and Maureen Hrdlicka and Stephanie Faunt.

His funeral procession will form at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home Inc., corner of John and Lafayette streets, Saugerties. Thence to St. Mary of the Snow Church, where at 11:30 a.m., a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
