City of Kingston
· DWI: Alexander Kaminski, 30, of Kingston was arrested about 2:14 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. Kaminski was arrested on Adams Street in Kingston and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Athens
·DWI: David Loyola, 34, of Germantown, was charged Friday at about 11:46 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Coxsackie. He was arrested on state Route 385 in Athens, police said.
Catskill
·DWI: Richard G. Castano, 23, of Catskill, was charged Saturday at about 4:34 a.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. Castano was arrested on Water Street in Catskill and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
·DWI: Ebens Alce, 24, of Hudson, was arrested at about 3:31 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. Alce was arrested on U.S. Route 9W in Catskill.
·Forgery: Michael H. Winters, 26, of Palenville, was charged Friday with forgery, a felony, criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny, misdemeanors, according to state police at Coxsackie. He was arrested at about 4:37 p.m. at 3335 state Route 23A in Catskill, police said.
Coxsackie
· DWI: Marc G. Verdi, 47, of Coxsackie, was charged Friday at about 8:33 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Coxsackie.
Hunter
· DWI: Wayne Casazza, 29, of Ashland, was charged at about 3 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. He was arrested on state Route 23A in Hunter and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Marbletown
· DWI: Daniel J. DeFrancis, 28, of Stone Ridge, was arrested about 9:15 p.m. Friday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Wawarsing. The suspect was arrested on Pine Bush Road in Marbletown and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
New Paltz
· DWI: Kodi W. Jennings, 22, of Middletown, was arrested at about 3;33 a.m. Saturday on state Route 299 in New Paltz and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Warwarsing. Jennings was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Rosendale
· DWI: Robert C. Black, 70, of Rosendale, was charged at about 9:56 p.m. Friday with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. Black was arrested on Sandhill Road in Rosendale and released without bail, police said.
Town of Rochester
· DWI: Brian J. Padusnak, 33, of Accord, was arrested at about 3:45 p.m. on Samsonville Road in the town of Rochester and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Wawarsing. He was released on bail, police said.
