Cairo • DWI/Unlicensed Operation: Edward W. Gibbons, 65, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:03 a.m. Sunday on Silver Spur Road on the felony of aggravated unlicensed operation and the misdemeanors of false inspection certification, drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent and using another vehicle without an interlock. Gibbons was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• DWI/Weapons: Carmen J. Mendez, 37, of Coeymans, and Sammy Martinez, 26, of Jefferson Heights, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:32 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W. Mendez was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Martinez was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon (firearm). Mendez and Martinez were both released with appearance tickets for Catskill Village Court. • Drugs: Raul A. PaganLopez, 39, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Vosenkill Road at 2:10a.m. Sunday by state police at Coxsackie on a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Pagan was released with appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: Christina A. Miller, 40, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:19 p.m. Saturday on state Route 385 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Miller was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Richard C. Murray, 56,
of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland on state Route 299 at 12:58 a.m. Sunday on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. Murray was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Rosendale
• DWI: Palmer Feist, 20, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Ulster on state Route 32 at 3:18 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. He was also issued traffic tickets for operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and an exhaust system equipment violation. Feist was released with tickets for Rosendale Town Court.
