City of Kingston
• DWI: Benjamin C. Greenwald, 28, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:32 a.m. Saturday on Fashion Lane and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Greenwald was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Rebecca L. Komaromi, 34, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill on state Route 32A at 12:55 a.m. Saturday in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Komaromi was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs/DWI: Jose-Luis R. Lopez, 25, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:24 a.m. Saturday in Jefferson Heights and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of more than one pound of marijuana, both felonies, and with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Lopez was sent to the Greene County Jail pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.
Durham
• DWI: Michael J. Lane, 31, of East Durham, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 8 p.m. Friday on state Route 145 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Lane was released with a ticket for Durham Town Court.
Greenville
• Drugs: Kolby Kelderhouse, 27, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:13 a.m. Saturday on state Route 81 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Kelderhouse was released with a ticket for Greenville Town Court.
Lloyd
• Drugs: Antonio M. Pullano, 25, of Thornwood, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:11 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and with possession of more than 25 grams of marijuana, all misdemeanors. Pullano was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs: Nicole L. Williams, 30, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:52 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Williams was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• Drugs/weapon: Yevgeny Misyura, 33, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:20 p.m. Friday on Lucas Avenue in the town and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon, both misdemeanors, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Misyura was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Aggravated harassment: Eschell Ashcroft, 48, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:10 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 209 and was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, a felony. Ashcroft was returned to the Eastern Correctional Facility, where he is serving a term of 8 to 16 years for criminal sale of a controlled substance and aggravated harassment.
