Ethel E. Williams, 85, of Ulster Park, N.Y., passed away Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, after a lengthy illness.

She was born Feb. 6, 1932, in Long Island, N.Y., to the late Joseph and Isabelle (Cantwell) Rozea. Ethel was married to Richard “Dick” Williams; they wed on May 18, 1957. Dick passed away on Jan. 27, 2006. She was a parishione­r of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church and was also a former member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children, Susan (John) Dugan, Cathy Parton, Dwight (Mary) Williams, Darrell (Susan) Williams; her grandchild­ren, Christophe­r and Savanna Dugan, Kristen Gilbert, and Andrea, Jared, Nicholas, Catherine, and Colleen Williams, and Keri and Gary Fedden. She is also survived by her daughterin-law, Cheri Fedden, as well several great-grandchild­ren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predecease­d by her children, Donald and Daniel Fedden, and her sister, Mary Lou Ledda. She loved her family and her dogs, Meghan and Honey. The family would like to say a special thank you to members of the Town of Esopus Volunteer Ambulance Squad (TEVAS) for all of their assistance.

Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, where family and friends may visit on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, from 2 to 5 p.m. The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017, at the funeral home.
