Ethel E. Williams, 85, of Ulster Park

Ethel E. Williams, 85, of Ulster Park, N.Y., passed away Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, after a lengthy illness.

She was born Feb. 6, 1932, in Long Island, N.Y., to the late Joseph and Isabelle (Cantwell) Rozea. Ethel was married to Richard “Dick” Williams; they wed on May 18, 1957. Dick passed away on Jan. 27, 2006. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church and was also a former member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children, Susan (John) Dugan, Cathy Parton, Dwight (Mary) Williams, Darrell (Susan) Williams; her grandchildren, Christopher and Savanna Dugan, Kristen Gilbert, and Andrea, Jared, Nicholas, Catherine, and Colleen Williams, and Keri and Gary Fedden. She is also survived by her daughterin-law, Cheri Fedden, as well several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her children, Donald and Daniel Fedden, and her sister, Mary Lou Ledda. She loved her family and her dogs, Meghan and Honey. The family would like to say a special thank you to members of the Town of Esopus Volunteer Ambulance Squad (TEVAS) for all of their assistance.

Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, where family and friends may visit on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, from 2 to 5 p.m. The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017, at the funeral home.
