OUTDOORS Trailsweepers Snow and Sports Club: Open to new members of all ages. Trailsweepers ski, snowboard, cross country ski, snowshoe, windsurf, mountain bike, road bike, hike, backpack, canoe/kayak and have fun. Club meets second and fourth Tuesdays of the month 7:30 p.m. at Tony’s Pizzeria on 582 Broadway in Kingston. For more information, visit www. newpaltzrodandgun.org Turkey Shoot: 10 a.m. Nov. 5 at the Kalicoontie Rod & Gun Club, 333 Schneider, Livingston, N.Y. $3 per shoot. 12⁄20 gauge bird shot and .22 rifle/pistol provided at no cost. For standing slug and center fire rifle, bring your own ammo. Prizes for the shoot are ham, pork loin and turkey and second-place prizes. Breakfast and lunch foods are available. Tickets still available for the Big Fall Raffle, the drawing for which will be after the shoot on Nov. 5. Five super prizes: Ruger AR 556 (New York State compliant), Savage Axis 2760 with scope, Mossberg 535 12 gauge Field/ Deer combo, tree stand and 2 bricks of 22’s. The raffle benefits numerous community projects and events and promotion of gun safety and responsible ownership.
