Gloria Rose Fallon, 68, of Bronxville, New York, died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, in Manhattan.

Born in Brooklyn on Jan. 5, 1949, Gloria was the daughter of the late Thomas and Gloria Hovelsen Feeley.

Gloria is survived by her husband, James W. Fallon; and her children, Jimmy and Gloria Fallon; her brother, Thomas Feeley; sister, Joan Higgins; and grandchild­ren, Alexandra, Nicholas, Winnie and Frances.

Soon after their children were born, Gloria and Jim Fallon moved from Brooklyn to the town of Saugerties, New York, where they lived for almost 40 years. In 2012, they moved to Bronxville to be closer to their children and grandchild­ren. Loving and loyal, Gloria was always full of fun and was the life of every party she attended. She loved to sing, read, cook and make people laugh. Her life was filled with family, music and lots of laughter. She touched everyone she met with her kindness, her cooking and her sense of humor. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A celebratio­n of her life was held this weekend in Saugerties. Donations can be sent in her name to Saugerties Public Library, 91 Washington Avenue, Saugerties, N.Y. 12477.
