Joseph J. Cecelia, 62, of Lindsley Avenue, Kingston, died at his home on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017.
Born in Kingston, June 5, 1955, he was a son of the late Anthony C. Sr. and Josephine Christoforo Cecelia.
Joe was the former owner of Papa Cecelia’s Pizza in Kingston, and Cecelia’s Tiling and remodeling in Connecticut. He was previously employed in the construction trades in Knoxville, Tenn.
He is survived by his children, Joseph J. Cecelia Jr. and his wife, Courtney, Amy Scott, Austin Cecelia and his wife, Vicki, and Tiffany Coddington; siblings, Mary Jo (Meme) Eigo, Lorraine Dempsey, Anthony C. “Duke” Cecelia Jr., and Charlie Cecelia and his wife, Linda; and grandchildren, Dominic Cecelia, Zoe, Nia Scott, Nathan, Mikinlee, Melony Cecelia, and Kristopher Jordal. Many nieces and nephews also survive. A brother, Michael Cecelia, predeceased him.
