The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
City of Kingston
• DWI: Emily N. Pike, 22, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:28 p.m. Friday on Washington Avenue and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving with alcohol, a felony; drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors; and the infraction of going through a red light. Pike was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Chad C. Maes, 48, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:52 p.m. Friday on Broadway and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors; and with illegal signal, an infraction. Maes was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Jose A. Soto, 49, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:18 a.m. Saturday at John and Fair streets and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors; and with the infraction of making an illegal signal. Soto was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Jessie C. McNabb, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:16 a.m. Saturday on Lucas Avenue and was charged with drunken driving, driving with a bloodalcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, and aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors; and with the infractions of one-way violation and failing to stop at a stop sign. McNabb was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Benjamin N. Nerone, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:15 a.m. Saturday on North Chestnut Street in the village and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Nerone was released with a ticket for New Paltz Village Court.
