City of Kingston
• DWI: Wesley H. Pultz, 38, of Big Indian, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on North Front Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued a traffic ticket for failure to stop at stop sign. Pultz was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Angel Caal, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:45 a.m. Sunday on Prospect Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued a traffic ticket for a license violation (no license). Caal was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
Athens
• Fraud: Justin L. Walker, 22, of Albany, was arrested by Thruway state police at 12:40 p.m. Saturday at milepost 117 north on the New York state Thruway on charges of possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable. • Obstructing: Diamond D. Quiles, 24, of Albany, was arrested by Thruway state police at 3:03 p.m. Saturday at milepost 117 north on the New York state Thruway on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing governmental administration. Quiles was released with a ticket for Athens Town Court.
Catskill
• Stalking: Joseph E. Heimink, 51, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:59 a.m. Saturday at 3017 Old Kings Road on a misdemeanor charge of stalking. Further information was unavailable.
• Drugs/DWAI: Ryanne M. Montville, 31, of Haines Falls, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:58 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 9W on misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, possession of hypodermic instrument, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal impersonation. Montville was held pending arraignment.
• Drugs: Daniel W. Golding, 47, of Sabael, was arrested by state police at Catskill on U.S. Route 9W at 1:03 a.m. Sunday and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Further information was unavailable.
• Drugs: Danaye C. Shook, 39, of Philmont, was arrested by state police at Catskill on U.S. Route 9W at 1:20 a.m. Sunday and was charged with four misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the violation of unlawful marijuana possession. Further information was unavailable.
• DWI: Laura Eberhard, 28, of West Suffield, Connecticut, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:18 a.m. Sunday on Spring Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Eberhard was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Village Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Luis A. Amador, 37, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:58 a.m. Sunday on Main Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Amador was released to a third party.
Town of Rochester
• DWI: Francesca Raminella, 50, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:25 p.m. Saturday on Kripplebush Road on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and resisting arrest. Further information was unavailable.
Saugerties
• Criminal Mischief: Nathaniel H. Schultz, 26, of 69 Main Street, was arrested by Saugerties police Saturday on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief after police responded to reports of an adult male out of control in a domestic dispute. Authorities said when police arrived, they found that Schultz had ripped a window from its hinges and smashed it to the ground. Schultz was arraigned in Saugerties Village Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a court appearance.
Wawarsing
• Forgery: Zachery C. Dumond, 29, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:25 p.m. Saturday at 57 Samsonville Road on a felony charge of possession of a forged instrument. Further information was unavailable.
