The fol­low­ing items are based on in­for­ma­tion pro­vided by of­fi­cials in law en­force­ment and the crim­i­nal jus­tice sys­tem.

Catskill

· DWI: Robert G. As­lak­son, 44, of Palenville, was ar­rested by state po­lice at Catskill at Catskill Com­mons in the town at 5:07 p.m. Mon­day and charged with the mis­de­meanors of driv­ing with a blood­al­co­hol level ex­ceed­ing 0.08 per­cent and drunken driv­ing. As­lak­son was re­leased with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Liv­ingston

· Shoplift­ing: Clarence Risch Jr., 47, of Hud­son, was ar­rested by Columbia County Sher­iff’s deputies at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Han­naford su­per­mar­ket and charged with pe­tit lar­ceny, a mis­de­meanor. Risch is ac­cused of steal­ing mer­chan­dise. He was re­leased with a ticket for Liv­ingston Town Court.

Lloyd

· DWI: Marlen Her­nan­dezTo­bar, 37, of Poughkeepsie, was ar­rested by state po­lice at Ul­ster at 6:14 p.m. Mon­day on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in Lloyd and charged with the mis­de­meanors of driv­ing with a blood-al­co­hol level ex­ceed­ing 0.08 per­cent and drunken driv­ing, and with the in­frac­tion of driv­ing with­out a li­cense. Her­nan­dez-To­bar was re­leased with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· Crim­i­nal con­tempt: Ra­jeev M. Odera, 56, of High­land, was ar­rested by Lloyd po­lice on Mon­day and charged with the mis­de­meanor of crim­i­nal con­tempt and the vi­o­la­tion of ha­rass­ment af­ter a do­mes­tic dis­pute. He is ac­cused of vi­o­lat­ing an Ul­ster County Fam­ily Court Order of Pro­tec­tion. Odera was sent to the Ul­ster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

· As­sault: Regi­nald Al­ston, 50, of Poughkeepsie, was ar­rested by Lloyd po­lice on Nov. 8 and charged with the mis­de­meanor of as­sault fol­low­ing a do­mes­tic dis­pute. Al­ston was re­leased with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Town of Ul­ster

· DWI: Ni­cholas A. Guido, 39, of Sauger­ties, was ar­rested by town of Ul­ster po­lice at 3:40 p.m. Sun­day on East Ch­ester Street in the town fol­low­ing a two-car ac­ci­dent on East Ch­ester Street with one of the driv­ers flee­ing. Guido was iden­ti­fied as one of the driv­ers and was found to be in­tox­i­cated. He was charged with the mis­de­meanors of drunken driv­ing, leav­ing the scene of a per­sonal in­jury ac­ci­dent and ob­struc­tion of gov­ern­men­tal ad­min­is­tra­tion, and with the in­frac­tion of fail­ure to keep right. Guido was sent to the Ul­ster County Jail in lieu of $1,500 jail. Po­lice did not pro­vide the name of the other driver or the other driver’s con­di­tion.

Wawars­ing

· Prison con­tra­band: Andrew Boyd, 22, of Brook­lyn, was ar­rested by state po­lice at Wawars­ing at 4:15 p.m. Mon­day at the Ul­ster Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity, 750 Berme Road, and charged with the felony of prison con­tra­band. Boyd was re­turned to the fa­cil­ity with an ap­pear­ance ticket for Wawars­ing Town Court.

· Pos­ses­sion of dan­ger­ous

con­tra­band in prison: Jose Rivera, 36, of Staten Is­land, was ar­rested by state po­lice at Wawars­ing at 4:30 p.m. Mon­day at the Ul­ster Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity, 750 Berme Road, and charged with the felony of pos­ses­sion of dan­ger­ous con­tra­band in prison. Rivera was re­turned to the fa­cil­ity with an ap­pear­ance ticket for Wawars­ing Town Court.

Wood­stock

· Forcible touch­ing: Robert R. Ek­lund, 66, of Mount Vi­sion, was ar­rested by state po­lice at Ul­ster at 2:47 p.m. Mon­day and charged with the mis­de­meanor of forcible touch­ing. Ek­lund’s ar­rest fol­lowed an in­ci­dent in the town on Oct. 28. He was re­leased with a ticket for Wood­stock Town Court.
