Wayne Elliott Bryant, 58, of Palm Coast, Fla.

The family of Wayne Elliott Bryant, a resident of Palm Coast, Florida, formerly of Lake Katrine, Tillson, and Ruby, N.Y., sadly announce his passing on Oct. 25, 2017, after complicati­ons from heart surgery. He was 58 years old.

Wayne was born Oct. 14, 1959, in Kingston N.Y., to William Elliott Bryant Jr. and Alice Elizabeth Bryant (Hannweber), prior owners of Bryant’s Towing of Kingston, both deceased.

Wayne Bryant was a longtime Kingston, N.Y., resident and operated Bryant’s Auto Sales. He most recently resided in Florida after moving here to take care of his father, William, and worked for the State of Florida Department of Transporta­tion as an Inspector/Compliance Officer.

Wayne, a graduate of Kingston High School in 1977, earned a BS in Business from SUNY New Paltz after a medical leave to battle Hodgkins Disease. He was a 40-year cancer survivor. Wayne loved music and was the drummer in many local bands throughout his life; best known was his high school band, “Storm,” with his fellow classmates Scott, Chris and Rich.

Survivors include his girlfriend, Lisa Wynn; sons Jeremy and Joshua; his brother, Russell, with his wife Cindy (Turck), their children, Kayla and Kelly, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Wayne’s younger sister, Joyce Diane, predecease­d him in 1981.

A memorial service and internment will be held in New York during Easter; additional announceme­nts to follow.
