Catskill
· DWI: Karen M. Haas, 51, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:18 p.m. Monday on state Route 23B and charged with the misdemeanor of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Haas was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Coxsackie
· DWI: Rupert J. Williams, 58, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:18 a.m. Tuesday on Mansion Street in the village and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Williams was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Village Court.
· Introduction of contraband in prison: Laikeesha N. Nesmith, 36, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:45 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 9W in the town and charged with the misdemeanor of introducing contraband in prison and the violation of possession
of marijuana. Nesmith was sent to the Greene County Jail. Additional information was unavailable.
· Introduction of contraband in prison: Sincere S. Kingsberry, 25, of Staten Island, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:30 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 9W in the town and charged with the misdemeanor of introducing contraband in prison and the violation of possession of marijuana. Kingsberry was sent to the Greene County Jail. Additional information was unavailable.
Lloyd
· False written statement: Megan Hansut, 25, of Lloyd, was arrested by state police at Cortland on Nov. 15 and charged with the misdemeanor of false written statement. Hansut allegedly provided state police with a detailed account of domestic violance and order of protection violations on the part of her relationship partner who was subsequently arrested. An investigation found evidence refuting Hansut’s version of events and allegations, police said. She was released with a ticket for Cortland Town Court.
