Hyde Park

• Drugs: David Seymour, 54, of North Quaker Lane, Hyde Park, was arrested by state police Tuesday on a felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. Police said investigat­ors arrested Seymour after a vehicle traffic stop following a narcotics investigat­ion by members of the Community Narcotics Enforcemen­t Team and Hyde Park police. At the time of the arrest, Seymour was found with more than 100 oxycodone pills and more than $9,000 in cash, police said. Seymour was arraigned in Hyde Park Town Court and sent to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail pending a court appearance.

Rosendale

• Harassment: John B. Wood, 47, of Stone Ridge, has been charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeano­r, Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said Friday. Deputies said they responded to an aggravated harassment complaint at a residence in the town of Rosendale on Tuesday. The complainan­t said Wood had been contacting the residence via telephone over the last month for no legitimate purpose after being told to stop, deputies said. Deputies said Wood, on more than one occasion, left threatenin­g messages on the complainan­t’s voicemail. Wood, who was already in the Ulster County Jail on unrelated charges, was arraigned in Rosendale Town Court and sent back to the jail in lieu of an additional $1,000 bail. Wood had been arrested Monday on two misdemeano­r counts of endangerin­g the welfare of a child stemming from an incident in Marbletown, as well as on a misdemeano­r charge of trespass.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Lisa M. Santiago, 45, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:50 p.m. Thursday on Berme Road on a misdemeano­r charge of drunken driving. She was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
