Athens
· Drugs: Robert J. Howard, 49, of Manhattan, was arrested by Thruway state police at 9:17 p.m. Saturday on the New York state Thruway on misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Further information was unavailable.
Cairo
· Burglary: Cody R. Speed, 26, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at 4 p.m. Saturday at 522 Main St. on a felony burglary charge. Speed was held pending arraignment.
Lloyd
· DWI: George L. Feist, 31, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 at 4:32 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Feist was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
New Baltimore
· Weapons/menacing: A 17-year-old West Coxsackie boy was arrested by state police Catskill at 1:55 a.m. Sunday on state Route 144 on misdemeanor charges of menacing with a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use. The youth was not identified. Further information was unavailable.
Town of Ulster
· Drugs: Carla B. Bonesteel, 41, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:56 p.m. Saturday on state Route 28 eastbound at Morey Hill Road and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bonesteel was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
· Drugs: Amanda M. Fitzpatrick, 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:36 a.m. Sunday on Sawkill Road and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and bail jumping, all misdemeanors, and with possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. Fiztpatrick was held in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a court appearance.
