Catskill

· Forcible touching: Gregory S. Dunkle Jr., 26, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 11:09 p.m. Friday at police headquarte­rs, 422 Main St., and charged with the misdemeano­r of forcible touching. Dunkle was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

· Burglary: Danielito Martinez, 40, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at police headquarte­rs, 422 Main St., and charged with the felony of burglary. Martinez was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Nashun Asan Wyatte, 35, of Staten Island, was arrested by Catskill police at 12:48 p.m. Nov. 29 and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Wyatte is accused of shopliftin­g at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons. Wyatte was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Stephanie Lynn Peden, 33, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 12:55 p.m. Nov. 29 and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Peden is accused of shopliftin­g at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons. Peden was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Endangerin­g the welfare of a child: Michelle Williams, 39, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 393 Main St., Apt. 2, and charged with the misdemeano­r of endangerin­g the welfare of a child. Williams was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Livingston

· Reckless endangerme­nt: Michael W. Braver, 24, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:43 p.m. Sunday and charged with the felony of reckless endangerme­nt and the misdemeano­r of possession of a weapon. Braver’s status was unavailabl­e.

New Paltz

· DWI: Keith M. Johns, 29, of Newburgh, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 4:02 p.m. Saturday on North Chestnut Street in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, in addition to a vehicle and traffic violation. Johns, who is currently on parole for an unrelated conviction and for whom the state Department of Correction­s and Community Supervisio­n has issued a detainer, was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

· DWI: Michael A. Pfugler, 27, of Otisville, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 3:53 a.m. Sunday on Albany Post Road in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with vehicle and traffic violations. Pfugler was released with a ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

· DWI: Claire M. Doherty, 27, of Rosendale, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 1:32 a.m. Saturday on North Chestnut Street in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with vehicle and traffic violations. Doherty was released with a ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

Lloyd

· Drugs: Jesse J. Kitzweger, 35, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Friday and charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance, and the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and resisting arrest. Kitzweger was allegedly in possession of cocaine. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

· Drugs: Bruce D. Piggot Jr., 32, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Lloyd police on Friday and charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance after the vehicle he was driving was stopped for violations on Lauretta Drive in Highland. Piggot was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWI: Christophe­r M. Whitson, 35, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday and charged with misdemeano­r drunken driving after a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W in Highland. Whitson was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWI: Kelvin G. Bennett, 24, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday and charged with the misdemeano­r of aggravated drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving. Bennett was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· Drugs: Francisco L. Montero, 22, of Middletown, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday and charged with the misdemeano­r of possession of a hypodermic instrument. Montero was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.

· DWI: Andrea M. Bauman, 25, of Beacon, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday and charged with the misdemeano­r of drunken driving after a stop for traffic violations on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in Highland. Bauman was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
