Kingston High’s girls basketball team completed its Florida stay Saturday with a 77-19 victory.

Kingston High’s girls basketball team completed its Florida stay Saturday with a 77-19 victory over Adams School CBI of Ontario, British Columbia in the KSC Classic Pre-Holiday Tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex at Walt Disney World.

The Tigers front line dominated the contest with Chloe Chaffin scoring 15 points, Lanasia Dorsey adding 14 and Jaid Harrell connecting for 12. The trio, in foul trouble in Friday’s second-round loss to Commack, didn’t have to worry about that this team. The teams combined to take just three foul shots.

Chaffin and Harrell were both selected Most Valuable Players for Kingston.

The Tigers took control immediatel­y, jumping out to a 27-8 lead in the first quarter. Adams managed just two points in the second half.

Madison Burke chipped in with eight points, Ashley Cook had seven and Alison Klein scored six for Kingston.

The Tigers, going 3-1 in their first week of the season, are back in action on Friday, hosting Middletown at 7 p.m. in the Kate Walton Field House.
