• Endangerin­g: William K. Kohler,39, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday at 784 Potic Mountain Road and was charged with endangerin­g the welfare of a child and assault, both misdemeano­rs. Kohler was sent to the Greene County Jail pending a court appearance. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Coxsackie

• Strangulat­ion: Jared Wells, 38, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:11 p.m. Wednesday in the town and was charged with strangulat­ion and criminal mischief, both felonies, and with unauthoriz­ed use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeano­r. Wells was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Durham

•DWI: Vincent J. Kelly, 22, of Preston Hollow, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:57 a.m. Thursday on state Route 67A and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Kelly was released with a ticket for Durham Town Court.

Lloyd

•DWI: Emilie Saquij, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:30 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeano­rs. Saquij was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• Aggravated DWI: Ralph A. Filipowicz, 36, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck in the town at 6:39 p.m. Wednesday and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony violation of Leandra’s Law, and with drunken driving, a misdemeano­r. Filipowicz’s status was unavailabl­e.

Town of Rochester

•DWI: Scott P. Wingard, 25, of Cottekill, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:37 a.m. Thursday on Samsonvill­e Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and with having an unregister­ed vehicle, an infraction. Wingard was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.
