Lloyd

• DWI: Elizabeth A. Dunlavey, 25, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:10a.m. Wednesday at state police barracks, 212state Route 299, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08percent and drunken driving. Dunlavey was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Olive

• DWI: Santino R. Canzian, 28, of Shandaken, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:08p.m. Tuesday at the intersecti­on of state Route 28and Dancing Rock Road and was charged with felonies of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, the violation of possession of marijuana and the infraction of dazzling headlights.

Town of Rochester

• Drugs: An 18-year-old New Paltz male was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:30a.m. Wednesday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 44in the town and charged with the misdemeano­r of possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. The youth, who was not identified by state police because of his age, was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.

Rosendale

• DWI: Christophe­r L. Gray, 32, of Accord, was arrested by Rosendale police at about 8a.m. Saturday at the Mobil gas station on state Route 32and charged with the felony of drunken driving and with the infraction of refusal to take a breath test. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000bail.

• DWI: Abigayle A. Sturniolo, 68, of Kingston, was arrested by Rosendale police at about 3:30p.m. Tuesday on state Route 213and charged with the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.18percent, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08percent, and with the infraction­s of failiure to maintain lane and impeding traffic. Sturniolo was released with a ticket for Rosendale Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Mark C. Wroblewski, 45, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:58p.m. Tuesday on Sawkill Road in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08percent, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, and with the infraction­s of failing to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. Wroblewski was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
