Francine A, Heinlein, 64, of Saugerties

SAUGERTIES » Francine A. Heinlein, 64, Hilltop Road, passed away peacefully on Dec. 25, 2017 as a result of a sudden heart attack. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Born in and lived her whole life in Saugerties; she was the younger daughter of t he l ate George and Amy Tessandori. Francine graduated f rom Saugerties High School, she held an associate’s degree in business administration from Duchess community college, and an associate’s degree in computer systems from Ulster community college. She was active in S.O. S. (Support Our Servicemen), she was in the Ulster board of realtors, and the Saugerties assessment grievance board. A long time realtor she was the owner and broker of Hilltop Realty in Saugerties. A more caring person cannot be found, she was always there for everyone. She loved to cook for everyone, especially anything Italian. Her greatest passion was her grandchildren, nothing was more important to her. She was always family oriented, and kept in contact with everyone, family or friends. She will be greatly missed in the community, the world lost a shining star.

She is survived by her husband Robert, with whom she recently celebrated 44 great years of marriagep; three sons, Michael and wife Rebeccah, Richard, Daniel, and wife Marilyn; sister, Georgina and husband Lawrence Dake; grandchildren, James, Jacob, Leyna, Ethan, and Audrey Heinlein; cousins, nieces, and nephew; brothers- in-law, Thomas and wife Malley, David and wife Dara; and sisters-inlaw, Barbara Heinlein and Nancy Albertson.

Her Funeral Procession will form 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Corner of John and Lafayette Sts. Saugerties thence to St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Glasco where at 10 a.m. Burial will be offered. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends will be received Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
