The following items are based on informatio­n provided by officials in law enforcemen­t and the criminal justice system.

Catskill

· Rape: Luis Feliciano, 52, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 7:11 a.m. Saturday at the Catskill police headquarte­rs, 422 Main St., and charged with the felonies of rape, criminal sexual act and criminal possession of a weapon, and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Feliciano was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

· Endangerin­g: Aaron Calabrese, 21, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 12:40 a.m. Saturday at 107 Spring St. and charged with the misdemeano­r of endangerin­g the welfare of a child and with the violation of harassment with physical contact. Calabrese was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Endangerin­g: Stephen C. Dachs, 20, of Red Hook, was arrested by Catskill police at 1:55 a.m. Saturday at 107 Spring St. and charged with the misdemeano­r of endangerin­g the welfare of a child and with the violation of harassment with physical contact. Dachs was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· DWI: Kya C. Flanagan, 24, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:08 p.m. Monday in the village and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Flanagan was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Katiushka A. Melo, 40, of Brooklyn, was arrested by Catskill police at 4:11 p.m. Friday at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Melo was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Salvatore J. Sciangula, 44, of Arverne, was arrested by Catskill police at 5:17 p.m. Friday at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Sciangula was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: James Hartley Jr., 34, of Ashland, was arrested by Catskill police at 2:14 p.m. Saturday at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Hartley was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Plattekill

· DWAI-drugs/alcohol: Sarah K. Cunningham, 20, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:06 a.m. Monday on Milton Turnpike and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs and alcohol and driving while ability impaired by drugs. Cunningham was released with a ticket for Plattekill Town Court.

Town of Ulster

· Drugs: Edwin C. Mazara, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 11:15 a.m. Sunday after an investigat­ion of disorderly conduct inside the Hudson Valley Mall, 1300 Ulster Ave. in the town, and was charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance. Mazara was at a store at the mall and became involved in a disagreeme­nt with an employee over a previous purchase. Police mediated the situation but, during their investigat­ion, found that Mazara was in possession of cocaine. Additional­ly, Mazara was wanted on a bench warrant issued by Kingston City Court. He was turned over to Kingston police.

· DWI: James W. Naccarato Jr., 51, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 12:25 a.m. Monday after a traffic stop on Frank Koenig Boulevard in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with the traffic infraction­s of driving without a license, disobeying a traffic control device and speeding. Naccarato was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.

· DWI: Matthew J. Smith, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 3:57 a.m. Monday on Sawkill Road and charged with the misdemeano­rs of aggravated drunken driving (with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.18 percent) and drunken driving, and with the traffic infraction of failing to keep right. Smith was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Leah C. Pearlstein, 19, of Larchmont, and Jamie L. Commando, 19, of Sea Cliff, were arrested by town of Ulster police at 5:12 p.m. Sunday at the Walmart store, 601 Frank E. Sottile Blvd., in the town, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of petit larceny and possession of a forged instrument. They are accused of leaving the store without paying for $117.52 worth of merchandis­e. Additional­ly, Pearlstein was in possession of a fraudulent Florida driver’s license and Commando was in possession of a fraudulent Illinois driver’s license. Both were released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

· Criminal contempt: John K. Garrett, 52, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing in Ellenville at 8:18 p.m. Monday and charged with the felony of criminal contempt. Garrett was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

· Criminal contempt:

Joseph Sagadin, 30, of Napanoch, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 5:21 a.m. Monday on state Route 55 following a domestic dispute and was charged with the misdemeano­r of criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection by taking the victim’s cell phone in the course of a dispute. Sagadin was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

· DWI: Eric B. Gajdvcz, 29, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 2:56 a.m. Monday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, in addition to traffic violations. Gajdvcz was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: A 17-yearold Ellenville male and an 18-year-old Middletown female were arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8 p.m. Monday at the Walmart store, 7500 U.S. Route 209, and were both charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. They were released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court. State police did not identify the teens because of their ages.
