Catskill
• DWI: Tyrone Jacobs, 47, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:49 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W on felony charges of drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years), operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior offense) and aggravated unlicensed operation (alcohol). Further information was unavailable.
• DWI: Angel M. Miranda, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 3:25 a.m. Sunday on Broad Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Miranda was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Village Court.
Coxsackie
• Drugs: James A. Calabrese, 65, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Thruway state police at 5:49 p.m. Saturday on the New York state Thruway at milepost 120 south on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, operating a motor vehicle with license or registration suspended and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, both misdemeanors. Calabrese was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $3,500 bail pending a court appearance.

• DWI: Nelson L. Sivers, 39, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:19 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Sivers was released to a third party.
