Catskill
• Obstruction of breathing: Cody R. Speed, 26, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:40 p.m. Friday on misdemeanor charges of criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief. Further information was unavailable.
Hunter
• DWI: Patrick B. Jones, 35, of Clermont, was arrested by state police at Hunter at 11:30 p.m. Friday on state Route 23A on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Hunter Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Kim E. Shaw, 55, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:39 p.m. Friday on state Route 299 on felony charges of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving. She was also charged with using a vehicle without an interlock device, criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest, all misdemeanors, as well as the infractions of driving a vehicle without an inspection certificate, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, and refusal to take a breath test. Shaw was held pending arraignment. New Paltz
•DWI: Nicholas P. Rohl, 21, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:11 a.m. Saturday on state Route 32 on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in New Paltz Town Court.
Rochester
• DWI: Morgan A. Craft, 24, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:29 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 209 on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. She was released with a ticket to appear in Rochester Town Court.
Rosendale
• DWI: Daniel N. McKee, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:42 a.m. Saturday on state Route 32 on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rosendale Town Court.
Woodstock
• Bail jumping: Lance G. Figueroa, 21, of Shandaken, was arrested by Woodstock police at 10 p.m. Thursday on a misdemeanor charge of bail jumping. He was arraigned in Woodstock Town Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail pending a court appearance.
