City of Kingston

• DWI: Daniel J. O’Connell, 40, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Fair Street on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. He was also issued traffic tickets for a oneway street violation and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. O’Connell was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Luis Cazares-Clara, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:08 a.m. Sunday on South Manor Avenue on felony charges of drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years) and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior offense). Cazares-Clara was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• Resisting arrest: Sean Roach, 27, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:30 a.m. Sunday on Main Street on misdemeano­r charges of obstructin­g government­al administra­tion and resisting arrest and the violation of unlawful marijuana possession. Roach was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Joseph Nadal, 53, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:26 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W south on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Nadal was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Hurley

• DWI: Maxwell M. Law, 30, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:54 a.m. on Dug Hill Road on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle. He was also issued a speeding ticket. Law was released with an appearance ticket for Hurley Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Tyler J. Milton, 20, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6 a.m. Sunday on Plattekill Avenue on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued a traffic ticket for an illegal signal (less than 100 feet). Milton was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

• Drugs: Melrose Taylor, 23, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:05 p.m. Saturday on state Route 299 on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Taylor was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

• DWAI: Joseph D. Paige, 19, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on state Route 299 on a misdemeano­r charge of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Paige was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

Rochester

• Weapon: Luke Ryan, 31, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:46 p.m. Saturday at 100 Airport Road on misdemeano­r charges of criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. Ryan was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI/Drugs: Korinne H. Lamb, 35, of Highland, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 8:33 p.m. Saturday on misdemeano­r charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs and drunken driving, and was issued numerous traffic tickets following a traffic stop on state Route 212. Police said they pulled Lamb over after she ran a red light at the McDonald’s restaurant, and they found crack cocaine after searching her vehicle. Lamb was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
