Catskill

· Rape: George J. Brightly Jr., 48, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 2:08 p.m. Friday on Depot Street and charged with rape, a felony, Brightly was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

· Drugs: Andrew P. Robinson, 25, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:15 p.m. Friday at 16 N. Jefferson St. in the town and charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, two misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeano­r counts of possession of a weapon with intent to use. Robinson’s status was unavailabl­e.

· Acting in a manner injurious to a child: Susan L. Lamont, 42, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 3:14 p.m. Feb. 19 at 65 North Street and charged with the misdemeano­rs of acting in a manner injurious to a child and reckless endangerme­nt. Lamont was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $200 bail.

· Shopliftin­g: Stephen T. Littell, 22, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 6:26 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Littell was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Angela Collette, 44, of Hillsdale, was arrested by Catskill police at 8:10 p.m. Saturday at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Collette was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

· Drugs: Eric P. Nichol, 37, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:58 p.m. Monday on the Mid-Hudson Bridge, U.S. Route 44/state Route 44, and charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance (hallucinog­en), three misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeano­r counts of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Nichol was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

· DWI: Gary L. Cordray, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance. Cordray was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Baltimore

· Drugs: Justin E. Stanley, 33, and Corrina A. Whiteford, 34, both of Hannacroix, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:07 and 9:21 p.m., respective­ly, on School House Road. Both were charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and use of drug packaging material. They were released with appearance tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.

Town of Ulster

· Drugs/weapon: Shane R. Budd, 36, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:45 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 209 in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon. Budd was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
