City of Kingston
• DWI: Amy A. Ackerman, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:53 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Avenue and was charged with the misdemeanor of drunken driving. Further information was unavailable.
• Drugs: Eric Clemente, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday on Albany Avenue and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Clemente was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• DWI: Heather F. Bohler, 28, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on state Route 32 in the town at 11:57 p.m. Wednesday and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Further information was unavailable.
Coxsackie
• Drugs: Jakeem A. April, 32, of Schenectady, was arrested by state police at Albany at 2:55 a.m. Thursday on the New York State Thruway in the town and was charged with three felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), three felony counts of possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, two misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia and the violation of possession of marijuana. April was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Gardiner
• Drugs/DWAI-drugs: Christopher J. Raymond, 45, of New Windsor, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 1:53 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 208 at Denniston Road and was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony; criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors, and with license restriction violations and a stop/stand/park on a highway violation. Raymond was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail pending a court appearance.
Town of Kingston
• DWI: Raymond E. Keyes, 50, of Mount Tremper, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 28 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Keyes was released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.
New Baltimore
• Drugs: Geoffrey Flinchbaugh, 42, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Albany at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday on the New York State Thruway and was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Flinchbaugh was released with tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• Drugs/DWAI-drugs: Shelby N. Harris, 20, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday on Granite Road and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic instrument, drunken driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors. Harris was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Livingston
• Identity theft: Angel N. Long-Hicks, 36, of Livingston, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 4:55 p.m. Wednesday at 3353 U.S. Route 9 and was charged with identity theft to obtain goods, a felony. Long-Hicks was sent to the Columbia County Jail pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.
Rhinebeck
• Grand larceny: Joseph M. Goodwin, 27, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:14 a.m. Wednesday at 5676 U.S. Route 9 and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and one felony count of grand larceny. Goodwin was released with appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.
• Drugs: Kyle A. Davis, 19, of Charleston, S.C., was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday on Springbrook Avenue and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a violation. Davis was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Village Court.
Town of Ulster
• Marijuana: Joseph Durham, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Route 9W in the town and was charged with possession of more than 25 grams of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Durham was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
• Drugs: Dondre V. Francis, 19, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 209 at Sawkill Road and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.
Wawarsing
• Weapon: Deiby J. DiazPichardo, 22, of the Bronx, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday after a traffic stop on U.S. Route 209 in Wawarsing and was charged with possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and with several traffic violations. Diaz-Pichardo was allegedly in possession of an electronic stun gun, police insignia and police-related items he was not authorized to possess, deputies said. He was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
