The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Catskill · Drugs:
Anthony M. Beau, 41, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:11 a.m. Monday at the Greene County Jail on Main Street and charged with the felonies of possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance (narcotic). Beau was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
· Drugs: James E. Felter, 24, of Catskill, and Jackaline M. Thompson, 26, of Coxsackie, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday on Catskill Commons Road and were both charged with four misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Felter was released with appearance tickets. Thompson was released from the Greene County Jail on Tuesday after posting $500 bail.
· Endangering/drugs/
weapon: David L. Pecor, 37, of South Burlington, Vt., was arrested by state police at Albany at 1:56 p.m. Monday at Exit 21 of the New York State Thruway in the town and charged with two misdemeanor counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeanor count of possession of a weapon and the violation of possession of marijuana. Pecor was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Coxsackie · Weapon/drugs: Abdullah
J. Jenkins, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at the intersection of Bailey Street and Plank Road in the town and charged with the felonies of possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Jenkins was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Plattekill
· Weapon/drugs: Michael Fazio, 21, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:59 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and charged with the felony of possession of a weapon, the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Fazio was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Town of Ulster
· DWAI-drugs: Kevin J. Mayer, 23, of Mount Marion, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck on the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge in the town and charged with the misdemeanor of driving while ability impaired by drugs and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Mayer was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court. Also arrested was Alisha M. Hosier, 21, of Copake, who was charged with the violation of possession of marijuana. She was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
· Possession of dangerous contraband in prison: Kevin D. Hantusch, 33, of Bullville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing, at the Ulster Correctional Facility, 750 Berme Road, at 7:45 a.m. Monday and charged with felony possession of contraband in prison. Hantusch was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
