City of Albany
• DWI: Samuel Gratta, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Albany at 3:23 a.m. Saturday on the New York State Thruway in the city and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Gratta was released with tickets for Albany City Court.
Cairo
• Drugs: Brian M. Palmer, 24, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:23 p.m. Friday on state Route 23 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a violation. Also arrested at the same location at 8:40 p.m. was Michaela L. Lawson, 25, of Germantown, who was charged with possession of marijuana, a violation. Both were released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
• Drugs: Michael T. Sharkey, 55, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:45 p.m. Friday on state Route 145 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Sharkey was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Coxsackie
• Rape: Gilber Delacroix, 42, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:06 a.m. Friday and was charged with rape of a victim incapable of consent, a felony. Further information were unavailable.
Livingston
• Assault: A 17-year-old girl from Syracuse was arrested by state police at Claverack at 4:50 p.m. Friday at the state police barracks in Hudson, 3353 U.S. Route 9, and was charged with felony assault. The teen’s status was unavailable. Police did not identify her because of her age.
New Paltz
• DWI: William Buk, 25, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:40 p.m. Friday on Main Street in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, a misdemeanors. Buk was released with appearance tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
• DWI: Daniel N. Rosado, 21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 a.m. Saturday on state Route 299 in the town and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Rosado was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
• DWI: Jacob D. Armstrong, 28, of Olivebridge, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 2:03a.m. Saturday on Mountain Rest Road in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Armstrong was released with appearance tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
Red Hook
• DWI: Joey E. Plass, 40, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 6:40 p.m. Friday on East Kerley Corners Road in the town and was charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and aggravated drunken driving. Plass was released with appearance tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI: Parker E. Launhardt, 26, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:20 a.m. Saturday on Montgomery Street in the village and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Launhardt was released with appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Village Court.
