City of Kingston
· DWI: Pyotr N. Knyazev, 54, of Roxbury, was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop at 10:44 p.m. Sunday on state Route 28 by state police at Ulster. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
· DWI: Francis J. McCloskey, 61, of Kingston was charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving, aggravated drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content higher than .08 percent, following an 11:10 p.m. Sunday traffic stop on Abeel Street by state police at Ulster. He was issued appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.
Lloyd
· DWI, DWAI-drugs, drugs: Diane Russell, 46, of Montague, N.J., was charged with drunken driving, driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, following a traffic stop Sunday by Lloyd police on state Route 9W. She was issued appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
· Drugs: Jacqueline Gregory, 53, of Wawarsing was arrested Sunday and charged by Lloyd police with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· DWI: Claude H. Rifenburgh, 46, of Kingston, was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content higher than .08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a 4:01 p.m. Sunday traffic stop on Main Street by state police at Ulster. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
