Lorraine Alice (Lane) Dariotis, 79, of West Hurley

It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Lorraine Alice (Lane) Dariotis, born in Kingston, N.Y., to the late Myrle Howell, announces her passing after a long illness at the age of 79 on March 28, 2018, surrounded by her husband and children.

She was a devoted wife, loving mother of six children, and grandmother of eight; a caring aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, and committed friend to many.

Lorraine will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 54 years, Harris Dariotis; her six children, Eleni Dariotis, Harris Dariotis Jr. (wife Robin Dariotis), Dina Jacquemin (husband John Jacquemin), Selena Dariotis, Nicole Dariotis, and Jacinda Dariotis (husband Devin Dariotis-Pridgen); grandchildren, Brandon Dariotis, Mackenzie Jacquemin, Emma Jacquemin, Samuel Jacquemin, Tariku Jacquemin, Reagan Jacquemin, Hannah Bradburn, and Brianna Bradburn; and brother, Leroy Lane Jr.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard Howell and Lawrence Lane; and sister, Vata Lindenmeyer.

Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home Inc., 27 Smith Ave., Kingston (www.jvleahyfh. com). Friends and family may attend visitation on Friday, March 30, 2018, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Robert Milsom (“Pastor Bob”), will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at 11 a.m. at St. James United Methodist Church (29 Pearl St., corner of Pearl and Fair streets in Kingston, N.Y.). Burial will follow at Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery.
