City of Kingston

· DWI: Christophe­r Finch, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Sunday and charged with drunken driving. Finch was driving on Flatbush Avenue when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation and was found to be impaired by alcohol, state police said. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e. · Drugs: Tyler B. Hilsenbeck, 37, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 10:15 p.m. Sunday on Clinton Avenue and charged with the misdemeano­r of possession of a controlled substance (methadone). Hilsenbeck was in possession of a quantity of methadone, authoritie­s said. He was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Athens

· DWI: Michelle McManus, 50, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Friday and charged with drunken driving. McManus was driving on state Route 385 when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation and was found to be impaired, authoritie­s said. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Cairo

· DWAI-drugs: Bryan Best, 21, of Inwood, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Saturday and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Best was driving on state Route 145 when he was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be impaired, authoritie­s said. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Coxsackie

· Burglary/arson: Evan P. Zonker, 23, of West Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:03 a.m. Sunday at 73 Cold Spring Road in the town and charged with the felonies of burglary and arson, and the misdemeano­rs of criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Zonker was sent to the Greene County Jail. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Hunter

· Obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion: William R. Gesvantner, 56, of Tannersvil­le, was arrested by state police at Hunter at 12 p.m. Sunday and charged with the misdemeano­rs of obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion and resisting arrest, and with the violation of disorderly conduct. Gesvantner’s status was unavailabl­e.

Lloyd

· Failing to register as a

sex offender: William C. Constable, 58, homeless, was arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday and charged with the felony of failure to register as a sex offender. Constable was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

· Grand larceny: Nyomi C. Miller, 18, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday and charged with the felonies of grand larceny and forgery and possession of a forged instrument, and with falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeano­r. Authoritie­s said Miller is accused of forging and cashing a bogus check for more than $2,300 at the Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in Highland. Miller was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

· DWAI-drugs: Amanda Ragule, 30, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland on Friday and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Officers responded to a gas station in Lloyd for a report of a female sleeping in a vehicle and found Ragule sleeping behind the wheel with the engine running, authoritie­s said. Police said she was impaired by drugs. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

· DWAI-drugs: Michael J. Weed, 20, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday on U.S. Route 9W in Highland and charged with the misdemeano­r of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Weed was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWI: Shawn K. Osson, 41, of Freeport, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday on U.S. Route 9W in Highland and charged with the misdemeano­r of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Osson’s arrest followed a traffic stop for traffic violations, authoritie­s said. He was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWAI-drugs: Bo T. Pole, 22, of New Paltz, was arrested by Lloyd police on Monday and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance after a stop for traffic violations on state Route 299 in Highland. Pole was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Orville C. Allen, 47, of Plattekill, was arrested by Lloyd police on Friday and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. He is accused of stealing about $32 worth of merchandis­e from the Hannaford’s store in Highland, authoritie­s said. Allen was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

New Baltimore

· Drugs: Aarynn Myers, 19, of Selkirk, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7 p.m. Sunday on Deans Mills Road and charged with the misdemeano­r of possession of a controlled substance and with three counts of possession of marijuana (violations). Myers was released with appearance tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.

· Drugs: Dominick C. Forezzi, 23, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:10 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug packaging, and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Also arrested was Jerome Gladney, 21, of Coeymans, who was charged with the violation of possession of marijuana. Both were released with appearance tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.

Orangetown

· DWAI-drugs: Scot Frontera, 49, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Haverstraw on Sunday and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Frontera was driving on the Palisades Interstate Parkway when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation and was found to be impaired, authoritie­s said. Saugerties

· DWI: Shannon M. Caston, 30, of 85 Buffalo Road, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 1:59 a.m. Sunday and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeano­r. Caston was stopped on Apple Tree Drive in the town, authoritie­s said. She was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Shawangunk

· DWAI-drugs: William E. Cromwell, 34, of Bloomingbu­rg, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 4:53 p.m. Saturday on Burlingham Road and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r. Cromwell’s arrest followed a traffic stop for violations during which he was found to be under the influence of drugs, authoritie­s said. Cromwell was released with an appearance ticket for Shawangunk Town Court.

Town of Poughkeeps­ie

· Burglary: Richard M. Martini, 47, of 65 Carole Court, Hyde Park, was arrested by town of Poughkeeps­ie police at about 11:55 a.m. Saturday and charged with the felonies of burglary and criminal mischief, and the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Martini, a former employee of Groggers Bar & Grille at 1112 Dutchess Turnpike, is accused of unlawfully entering the restaurant in the early morning hours Saturday, authoritie­s said. He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Wawarsing

· Possession of a forged

instrument: Jason M. Wallace, 25, of Ellenville, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 10:16 p.m. Saturday on Center Street in the village of Ellenville and charged with the felonies of possession of a forged instrument and tampering with physical evidence, and with the misdemeano­r of obstructin­g government­al administra­tion. Deputies attempted to stop Wallace when he fled on foot, discarding a crack pipe in the process. He was found in possession of three counterfei­t $20 bills. Wallace was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
