City of Kingston

• DWI: Courtney L. Parker, 27, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, along with speeding and crossing road hazard markings, both infractions, following a traffic stop on Broadway. She was issued tickets for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Amanda M. Patt, 32, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:20 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving, driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on North Front Street. Patt was also ticketed for failure to dim headlights, driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle, all infractions. She was issued appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.

Athens

• DWI: Timothy F. Moreton, 31, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:29 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Farm To Market Road. He was issued an appearance ticket for Athens Village Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Thomas M. Moore, 46, of Claverack, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:17 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 23A. He was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• Grand Larceny: Daniel A. Dempsey, 55, of Purling, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:56 a.m. Friday at 411 Main St. and was charged with grand larceny-credit card, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Village Court. Further information was unavailable.

Gardiner

• Drugs: Robert A. Nelson, 26, of Walden, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 5:25 p.m. Friday at 604 state Route 208 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was held pending a court appearance.

Greenport

• DWI: Ricky Herrera, 33, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:40 a.m. Saturday on state Route 9G and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued a court appearance ticket.

Lloyd

• DWI: Jodi Grace, 36, of Flushing, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:20 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. She was issued appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Anthony Vellos, 56, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:05 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Henry W. Dubois Drive. Vellos was also ticketed for failure to keep right and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was issued appearance tickets for New Paltz Village Court.
