Coxsackie
• DWI: Ryan Sanchez, 20, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday on High Hill Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Sanchez was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Lloyd
• Assault: A 14-year-old boy at the Highland Residential Center, 629 North Chodikee Lake Road, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with assault while in a correctional facility, a felony. He was released back into custody with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
Rhinebeck
• Drugs: Zachary J. Hilbert, 20, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 199 in the town and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), a felony; three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument,
all misdemeanors; and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Hilbert was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Red Hook
• DWI: Walter Y. Martinez, 32, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday on North Broadway at John Street in the village and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Martinez was released with a ticket for Red Hook Village Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Adan Armando Aguilar-Martinez, 25, of 117 Partition St., was arrested by Saugerties police at 5:56 a.m. Tuesday and was charged with drunken driving and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, both misdemeanors. Police responding to a property damage accident in the area of 65 West Bridge St. in the village found that a utility pole had been struck and snapped in half. On Jane Street, they located a vehicle with major frontend damage being driven by Aguilar-Martinez. He was released with tickets for Saugerties Village Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Edwin C. Gerlack, 58, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Avenue at Sawkill Road and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, and was ticketed for driving without an inspection sticker and a seat belt violation. Gerlack was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
• DWI/weapon: Dina L. Aduddell, 52, of Rome, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday on the New York State Thruway and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon (firearm) and drunken driving, both misdemeanors, and with moving from lane unsafely and driving using a portable electronic device, both infractions. Aduddell was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Contraband: Tyree Myers, 31, of the Bronx, an inmate at the Ulster Correctional Facility, 750 Berme Road, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with possession of prison contraband, a felony. Myers, who is serving a sentence for possession of a weapon, was returned to prison. Further information was unavailable.
