The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

City of Kingston

• DWI: Salvatore J. Guido, 44, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:20 a.m. Saturday on Clinton Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and with the infractions of failure to keep right and refusing a breath test. Guido was released with appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Bail jumping: Marcus Leveine, 48, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland on Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Kingston City Court, 1 Garraghan Drive, and was charged with bail jumping, a felony. Leveine was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

Lloyd

• DWI: Tara H. McKinstry, 45, of Highland, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. Friday by state police at Highland at 104 South Chodikee Lake Road and was charged with drunken driving, aggravated drunken driving and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, all misdemeanors. McKinstry was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Desirae M. Ciardullo, 27, of Walden, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:55 a.m. Saturday on Hasbrouck Road in the town and was charged with felony drunken driving. Ciardullo was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Court.

Wawarsing

• Contraband: Dorian Feliciano, 25, of New York City, an inmate at the Ulster Correctional Facility, 750 Berme Road, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10 a.m. Friday at the prison and was charged with prison contraband, a felony. Feliciano was returned to prison with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
