Cairo
· Menacing police/peace
officer: Eric M. Bradt, 35, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:55 a.m. Monday at 446 state Route 145 and charged with the felonies of menacing police/peace officer and possession of a weapon, and the misdemeanor of trespass. Bradt’s status was unavailable.
Durham
· Aggravated drunken driving with a child: Brad C. Ingraham, 40, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:30 p.m. Monday on state Route 81 and charged with felony aggravated drunken driving with a child, the misdemeanors of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, and infractions. Ingraham’s status was unavailable.
Lloyd
· DWAI-drugs: Dylan J. Zimmermann, 24, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 299 and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs. Zimmermann was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
· DWI: Keith E. Wegener, 41, of Clintondale, was arrested by Lloyd police on Tuesday and charged with the felony of drunken driving, the misdemeanors of aggravated unlicensed driving and reckless driving, and with numerous vehicleand-traffic violations after the vehicle he was driving was involved in a one-car accident on U.S. Route 44/ state Route 55 in Highland. Wegener was also wanted by town of Newburgh police for the misdemeanor of aggravated unlicensed driving. Zimmermann was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
· Drugs: Benjamin T. Cruger, 30, of Milton, was arrested by Lloyd police Tuesday and charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance and the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance. Cruger was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
· Criminal contempt:
Michael C. Steinhilber, 36, of Walden, was arrested by Lloyd police on April 24 and charged with felony criminal contempt. He is accused of violating an order of protection issued by Lloyd Town Court. Steinhilber was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
· Obstructing governmen
tal administration: Terry R. Johnson, 29, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Lloyd police on Friday and charged with the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration, false personation and attempted escape. Johnson was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Newburgh
· Attempted bank robbery: Ivan D. Jackson, 36, of Newburgh, was arrested by city of Newburgh police and charged with the felony of attempted robbery. At about 12:40 p.m. Monday, Jackson entered TD Bank at 800 Broadway, Newburgh, and demanded a sum of money, according to authorities. They added that bank personnel activated a panic alarm and Jackson allegedly fled. He was arrested a short time later by police officers and was sent to the Orange County Jail. Additional information was unavailable.
Saugerties
· DWI: Rafael C. Torres, 41, of 344 Broadway, Apt. 1, Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police on Tuesday at Burt Street and U.S. Route 9W in the village and charged with the felonies of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving. Torres was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Rhinebeck
· Shoplifting: Jason K. Livelsberger, 30, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:30 p.m. Monday at Tops Friendly Market, 6726 U.S. Route 9, in the town, and charged with misdemeanor petit larceny. Livelsberger was released with an appearance ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· DWI/endangering: Julie G. Shultis, 50, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:41 p.m. Monday on Ledge Road and charge with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving with alcohol, the misdemeanors of drunken driving and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, the violation of harassment with physical contact and the infraction of refusing a breath test. Shultis was released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.
· Criminal contempt: Peter L. Nekos, 32, of West Hurley, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 10:31 a.m. Friday and charged with the felony of criminal contempt. Nekos was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
· Possession of stolen property: Christopher P. Marsland, 47, homeless, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 12:30 p.m. Monday following an investigation of a suspicious activity complaint and charged with possession of stolen property. Police said Marsland was in possession of a stolen motor vehicle from New Jersey. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
· Exposure of a person:
Rafiq K. Dawood, 41, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 3:49 p.m. Saturday and charged with the violations of exposure of a person and possession of marijuana. Dawood was released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.
