City of Kingston

• DWI: John A. Donghia, 62, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:32 a.m. Saturday on Main Street and was charged aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent, all misdemeano­rs, and driving without a license and failure to stop at a stop sign, both infraction­s. Donghia was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Greenville

• DWI: Scott M. Truesdell, 46, of Gilboa, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:25 p.m. Friday on state Route 81 and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was issued a court appearance ticket.

Hurley

• Drugs: Doria M. Riker, 35, Hurley, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies Thursday and was charged with unlawfully growing cannabis, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Deputies said they were returning found property at a residence and while attempting to make contact with the owner, found a number of marijuana plants growing on the property. Riker was issued an appearance ticket for Hurley Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI: Teri L. Styles, 35, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 2;18a.m. Saturday on state Route 9G in the town of Rhinebeck and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeano­r, and driving with a bloodalcoh­ol content exceeding 0.08 percent (two prior offenses), a felony. Styles was issued a court appearance ticket.

Rosendale • DWI: Said Hassanzade­h,

75, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:35 p.m. Friday on state Route 32 and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a bloodalcoh­ol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, along with the infraction­s of failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. He was released to a third party pending a town court appearance.
