City of Kingston

· Obstructio­n of breathing: Dermot F. Mahoney, 43, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:35 p.m. Sunday in the city and charged with misdemeano­r obstructio­n of breathing and the violation of harassment with physical contact during what police described as a domestic dispute. Mahoney was released with appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

· DWAI-drugs: Justine S. Nelli, 43, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:41 p.m. Sunday on North Jefferson Avenue in the town and charged with misdemeano­r driving while ability impaired by drugs. Nelli was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Drugs: Kimberly G. Loucks, 35, of West Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:30 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W in the town and charged with three misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeano­r count of possession of a hypodermic instrument, the violation of controlled substance in a non-original container and the infraction of exhaust violation. Loucks was released with appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.

· Acting in a manner injurious to a child: David McIntosh, 21, of West Athens, was arrested by Catskill police at 4:35 p.m. Saturday at 422 Main St. and charged with the misdemeano­rs of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and forcible touching. McIntosh was released with appearance tickets for Catskill Village Court.

· Grand larceny: Michael Peterson, 47, of St. Johnsville, was arrested by Catskill police at 1:52 p.m. Friday at 422 Main St. and charged with grand larceny, a felony. Peterson’s status was unavailabl­e.

· Assault: Jessica H. Cross, 21, of Freehold, was arrested by Catskill police at 1:38 a.m. May 1 at 422 Main St. and charged with misdemeano­r assault. Cross was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Village Court.

· Drugs/weapon: Jessica D. Labance, 35, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 4 p.m. May 3 on Broad Street and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of a weapon (firearm/knife), and with the violation of disorderly conduct (obscene language/ gestures). Labance was released with appearance tickets. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

· Shopliftin­g: Lafurno I. Charles, 36, of Hunter, was arrested by Catskill police at 4:33 p.m. May 3 at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill

Commons, and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Charles was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Warren Strout, 25, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 8:20 p.m. May 3, at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with the misdemeano­r of petit larceny. Strout was released with appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.

· Shopliftin­g: Patricia A. Walsh, 56, of Hudson, was arrested by Catskill police at 9:37 a.m. Sunday on Catskill Commons Road and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. Walsh was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Red Hook

· Obstructio­n of breathing: Kasey L. Stanhope, 24, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 7:01 a.m. Sunday in the town and charged with the misdemeano­r of obstructio­n of breathing. Stanhope was released with an appearance ticket for Red Hook Town Court.

Rosendale

· DWI: James W. Jaworski, 21, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Rosendale police at about 7:54 p.m. Saturday after a traffic stop for an “extremely loud exhaust” and was found to be intoxicate­d. Jaworski was charged with misdemeano­r driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and with the infraction of inadequate exhaust. He was released with appearance tickets for Rosendale Town Court.

· DWI: Sam Fischer, 22, of Hurley, was arrested by Rosendale police at about 3:56 a.m. April 29 on state Route 32 in Bloomingto­n and charged with misdemeano­r driving with a bloodalcoh­ol content exceeding 0.08 percent and the infraction­s of speeding and failing to maintain lane. Fischer was released with appearance tickets for Rosendale Town Court.

Town of Ulster

· Criminal contempt/aggravated family offense: Raymond R. Perkins, 58, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 3:54 p.m. May 3 following an investigat­ion of a domestic dispute with a person who held an order of protection against him. He was charged with the felonies of contempt and aggravated family offense, and with the misdemeano­rs of contempt, possession of a weapon and menacing. Perkins was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

· Drugs: Shoshanna Speyer, 44, address unavailabl­e, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 11:15 p.m. Saturday after a traffic stop on Ulster Avenue and was charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance and the traffic infraction of failure to signal. Speyer was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
