City of Kingston

• Drugs: Dolores Anderson, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:43 p.m. Tuesday at Wall Street and Greenkill Avenue and was charged with two misdemeano­r counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Anderson was released with appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• Obstructio­n of breathing/assault: Andrew A. Gere, 27, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday and was charged with obstructio­n of breathing, assault, criminal mischief (property damage), criminal mischief (property damage valued at more than $250) and criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, all misdemeano­rs. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

New Paltz

• Drugs: Julian Garcia, 21, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:34 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 299 in the town and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and possession of marijuana, a violation. Garcia was released with appearance tickets for New Paltz Court.

Shandaken

• DWI: Michael P. Ricciardel­la, 29, of Phoenicia, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 28 and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, all felonies. Ricciardel­la was released from the Ulster County Jail on Wednesday morning after posting $2,500 bail.

Town of Ulster

• Burglary: Robert C. Monsees, 34, of West Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at the state police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, and was charged with burglary, a felony. Monsees was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court. • Stolen property:

Tyree J. Randall, 33, of St. Albans, and Jemecia N. Cross, 23, of South Richmond Hills, were arrested by state police at Ulster on the New York State Thruway in the town at 4:30 and 5 p.m., respective­ly, on Tuesday. Randall was charged with possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000, a felony, and criminal impersonat­ion, a misdemeano­r. Cross was charged with possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000 and possession of a forged instrument (two counts), all felonies. Randall was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail; Cross was jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail, pending a court appearance.

Wawarsing

• DWAI-drugs: Danielle M. Curry, 34, of Woodburne, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday at Beaver Dam and Ulster Heights roads and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r. Curry was released with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
