City of Kingston

• Weapons: Jessie C. McNabb, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:12 a.m. Saturday on Washington Avenue and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. He was held pending a court appearance. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• DWI: Gregory R. Peck, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:31 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content more than 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop on Broadway. He was issued tickets for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Allyson M. Fogg, 57, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Broadway and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Marlon Henry, 40 of Hudson, was arrested by state police Coxsackie at 5:17 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop on state Route 385. He was issued tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Frank A. Catanzaro, 51, of South Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:35 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Porto Road and was charged with drunken

driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was issued tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI, assault: Justin Robert Gallo, 25, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:55 a.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving, driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and assault, all misdemeano­rs. He was released pending an appearance in Catskill Town Court.

Hurley

• Theft: Brendan B. Genovese, 20, of Plattekill, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:16 p.m. Friday at 163 Hilltop Drive in the town of Hurley and was charged with burglary and grand larceny, both felonies, and obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion, a misdemeano­r. He was ordered held pending a court appearance. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• DWI: George J. Davis, 24, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:53 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop at 491 state Route 299 and was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released to a third party pending an appearance in Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz • DWI: Victor A. NegronLugo,

28, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:03 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on state Route 208 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was issued appearance tickets for New Paltz Village Court.
