FOOTBALL Officiating Central Hudson Valley Football Officials Association (CHVFOA) Clinics for New Candidates: 6:30 p.m. May 21, 23 and 30 at Middletown High School. Candidates must be at least 18, reside in either Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland or Sullivan counties and attend all three of the sessions. The test will be given 6:30 p.m. June 4 at Middletown High or June 5 at the Pomona American Legion. Fee is $50 for materials and the course. Once a person passes the test and becomes a Candidate Official, there is an additional $100 to cover CHVFOA 2018 dues.
