Area business people ‘On the Move’
Dr. Alfonso Cutugno, of Esopus, N.Y., has joined the medical staff of Northern Dutchess Hospital, which in April opened a chemotherapy infusion center. Cutugno, an oncologist of Health Quest Medical Practice, treats all types of cancer and specializes in blood disorders.
Previously, he was in private practice, caring for patients in Ulster County and Northern Dutchess.
Cutugno is board certified and fellowship trained in hematology and oncology. His training was completed at Allegheny University Hospitals in Philadelphia. Prior to that, he did a residency and internship in internal medicine at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey.
He holds a doctorate of medicine from the University of Catania in Italy. Tracie L. Ingham, of Kingston, has joined Ryan & Ryan Insurance as an associate in the company’s Kingston headquarters.
She holds a New York State Property and Casualty license as well as New York State Life and Health license. Ingham received her designation as a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist in 2014 and is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives.
Most recently she was vice president of property and casualty with RSS Agency Inc., which she joined in 2014, and before that she had been a customer service representative with The Reis Group since 2002.
A Kingston native and veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Ingham returned to the Hudson Valley with her daughter, Lauren, in 2001. She is a volunteer at the First Baptist Church’s Crossroad Ministry and a 1986 graduate of Saugerties Christian Academy.
